Deer Run Dolphins

Dear Neighborhood Business Owner,

We are excited about the quickly approaching summer swim season in Cherokee County. In case you did not know, your neighborhood swim team in Deer Run is one of the most competitive swim teams in the area. With an emphasis on quality swim instruction, teamwork, and fun, the Deer Run Dolphin Swim Team provides a healthy option for our children.

Since the program is run strictly by volunteers, the Deer Run Dolphins Swim Team will welcome any/all sponsorship offers, from interested community businesses, to enrich the experience of each of our swimmers this summer.

We are open to donations of cash or other alternatives. In return, we will list our sponsors' names as advertising on t-shirts (given out to all swimmers and coaches), in our handbook, and in the Deer Runner magazine. We will also happily consider other promotions as applicable and available.

For example, if a business makes a donation and provides a banner, we will happily hang the banner to show our support of the business at our home swim meets. We understand that advertising and sponsorship dollars may be tight, so please consider the following: *100+ swimmers * 5 county swim meets with a minimum of 200+ attendants at each (i.e. exposure to 1000+ community residents) * Special recognition and listing in the Deer Runner Magazine (delivered to 845 Deer Run homes!) 

Possible uses for sponsorship dollars (dependent upon # of sponsors and amount of sponsorship) or desirable donation items: 

- computer software programs 

- t-shirts 

- end-of-year party 

- awards
