The Deer Run Dolphin Coaches are an amazing group of hardworking, loving, and respectful young adults. All have extensive experience and knowledge of both swimming and working with kids. We are proud to have them represent our team and be leaders for our swimmers.

Morgan is excited to return for her sixth season as Head Coach of the Deer Run Swim Team. As a dedicated member of the Deer Run swim community since 2008, she spent 11 years swimming for the team and 6 years competing year-round with Chattahoochee Gold. Her deep roots in the program give her a strong appreciation for team tradition, athlete development, and building a positive team culture.
Before becoming Head Coach, Morgan served as a Junior Coach for five years, where she developed a passion for mentoring young swimmers and helping them refine their technique and confidence in the water. In 2024, she was honored as Coach of the Year by the Atlanta Swim Association — a reflection of her dedication, leadership, and love for the sport.
Morgan is a graduate of Kennesaw State University and is currently an elementary school teacher in Cherokee County. With her background in education and coaching, she brings energy, positivity, and a heart for developing strong swimmers. She is committed to growing athletes not only in skill and performance, but also in character, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
