There are 4 attachments here. The Heat sheets list all the events and swimmers in order.

The Athlete Roster tells you which events each Dolphin is swimming and should be used to help mark up your swimmer.

The Jobs are listed on two sheets- one classified by Job and the other is the name of all workers this meet. Please remember you are responsible for your shift and if you are unable to fulfill your job you need to reach out and trade with someone, find a replacement, or you may be charged the $30 rate to cover your role with a teen/college worker. 

For this meet the Coordinators will be helping in the following capacity-

Lauren will be in charge of place judge roles and the master recorder who for us will sit in the 3rd seat to compare both place judge sheets for consistency. As long as they match, they will be folded together and sent to the scorer table via a runner or floater. If they do not match, then the recorder will ask the official what their order of placement was (or they may say to use the times).

Lisa- will hold the volunteer sheets again like last week. She can direct you with which coordinator you will report to if you do not know, based on your job. Please remember to verify your job before you arrive and do not depend on the coordinators to know what you have signed up for. This was a great help last meet in helping things run smoothly.

Beth- will be helping run concessions this meet as we have some minor process changes from last year and she will be making sure that all runs well in that capacity.
