Parents,

Sorry about the confusion with practice yesterday. This is the last week for new swimmers. We are currently at 111. 

Important Dates and Times for parents:

1. Sign-ups for swimmers to declare for a meet are already open..

2. Tuesday at 5:00 PM, sign-ups for volunteer jobs will open. Each family is responsible for 5 shifts during the 2024 season. We will have 2 away meets and 3 at home. The home meets will need more volunteers so there should be plenty of opportunities to find something you are comfortable with. The Deer Run SwimTopia page has job descriptions and the link for each swim meet.

3, Dive Certification for new swimmers is scheduled for Friday at Gold Swim from 4:15 to 5:00. See William Norman at practice if you have questions. 

4. Next week on Wednesday (May 22nd) is when we have time trials scheduled (during our regular practice time). These times will help Coach Morgan place swimmers in the best events and help determine relays. If your child is unable to attend, then we will use swim times from 2023 unless your child has Club Swim times that you can provide to me.
